User Submissions
All submissions you make to the website and/or provide to us, including but not limited to questions, criticisms, comments, and suggestions (collectively referred to as "submissions"), become the exclusive property of RNAVA and shall not be returned to you under any circumstances. In addition to the rights applicable to any type of submissions, by sharing your comments or criticisms with us on the website, you also grant us the right to use your displayed name directly linked to these criticisms, comments, or any other content.
You are not authorized to use a false email address, impersonate another person, or attempt to mislead us or any third party regarding the authenticity and reliability of any submissions. We may delete or modify any submissions, but we are not obligated to do so.
Order Approval and Pricing Details
Please note that in some cases, an order may not be approved for various reasons. The RNAVA team reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Before we approve an order, we may ask you to provide additional information or other details to verify something, including but not limited to a phone number and address.
We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing information for all users visiting the website. However, errors may occur in some cases, such as when a product's price is not correctly determined on the website. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If the product price is not correctly determined, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether confirmed or not, after the charges have been added to the credit card.
The customer must have only one account on the website.
- If multiple accounts are created on RNAVA or the coupon is used more than once per customer, RNAVA has the right to take legal action against that customer.
- If a violation of these laws occurs, the legal team will handle the case, and the customer’s account will be disabled and prevented from placing any orders on RNAVA.
- The specified shipping time is the responsibility of RNAVA. Your satisfaction and happiness are our ultimate and most important goal.
- In case of returns and payment methods, if the payment was cash on delivery, the customer is entitled to a cash refund within a maximum of 14 days.
- If the customer wishes to return the product due to a change of mind/dislike of the product/no technical reason, in this case, the customer will bear the fees for collecting the returned product.
- Please note that postal transfers will only be available for 60 days according to the new post office conditions.
Limited-Time Offers
RNAVA limited-time offers include significant discounts for a specified period and limited quantities.
- These discounts may apply to only one product (unless otherwise stated).
- Each limited-time offer is subject to two timing rules. The first rule is that these discounts are only available during the special offer period, where the product must be placed in the shopping cart before the set time expires. The second rule applies after adding the product to the shopping cart, where the order must be completed before the offer period ends.
- The offer order must be completed by clicking "Complete Order" from the shopping cart.
- There is no limit to the number of limited-time offers per product. If the product is available on the website after the limited-time offer period, it can be purchased at the regular price.
- Limited-time offers are valid only for the displayed products.
- Temporary sale discounts do not include shipping fees or taxes.
- If you return a product from a limited-time offer, you will receive the amount paid for that product at the time of the offer, in accordance with the return policy.
